2: What is Titanium?
Titanium is extremely high density metal material but light in weight, it is commonly used in science study scope, or other aviation scope such as aeroplanes, whose hardness is three times more than stainless steel but a lighter weight than that. Moreover, it is even much stronger than gold/silver/platinum. All our titanium material are applied in 99.9% pure commercial grade titanium which is totally hypoallergenic and allergy free. The safety, health, environmental concept and wide wearability / applicability are our concerns always.

3: What is Magnets?
Magnets is a small optional part which is set in our various jewelries. We use that as a therapy function of reducing inflammation, increasing the circulation and helping decrease pain due to the magnetic field. This therapy is derived from the Chinese traditional medicine of the magnetic therapy which will take effects in a steadily course. But please kindly note magnets should not be worn by those with a pace maker, pregnant, or lactating.

4: What is Germanium?
Germanium is a metal/nonmetal element which is used in communication, computer, universe study, energy application and other high-tech scope. As per study of scientists, there is a high content in the Ginseng, Lingzhi<Reishi/Ganoderma Lucidum> and Chinese wolfberry<Barbary Wolfberry Fruit>, moreover, these kinds of precious medicine have a very good function of preventing aging, anti-virus, strengthening body immunity, balancing cholesterol. What Long Xiang uses are the germanium metal which has the natural color of grayish, very hard in density but breakable just like diamond. We use the germanium just like the way we use magnets, to inlay them in the jewelry items for a function of therapy.

Our MOQ varies from 50-200pcs/pairs/sets according to the availability and specific production manipulating processes since we need the MOQ limit on control the production cost and schedule.

8: How could you start to take an order with us?
Advise us the details, such as the items No., quantity, description, other requirement, etc to us by email/fax. Then we will send you a relevant Proforma Invoice which indicating the /description /amount /payment /bank information /packing information /shipment information /lead-time to you for further confirmation. Once we get your confirmation upon your signature or receipt of your payment, we will start your order schedule on production immediately.

9: Can we make them according to your requirement<designs, drawings, samples>?
Yes. Of course. We could even design items for you if you provide us the draft ideas. But once we are making them according to your requirements, please be sure to provide us enough details on the description or if your could provide us the sample, that will be better for us.

10: How long is ours production time in all?
Normally the production time is around 35-40 days once we confirmed.

11: How will we ship/dispatch the goods to you?
As per different price terms/trade terms, we could send the goods directly to your shipping agent in China or we could directly send them out via our forwarder<UPS/DHL/TNT/FEDEX>, we can get a very good discount from them so the shipping will not cost much.

12: Can our jewelries be engraved with your own private letters/symbols/characters?
Yes. Mainly we are using Laser etching.
